"The pizza experience here on 38th street was horrible. I purchased 70 dollars worth of pizza and the pizza was thrown into the corner. I called the restaurant and according to the mgr he will not do anything unless I bring the mess to them. So I will not spend money there again for a long time."

"I placed and order for delivery at 7pm for an 8:30 delivery time. Even called back to confirm the order for delivery and added an item to the order. When order didn’t arrive by 9PM I called back but yet my call wasn’t answered. I then called from a different number and employee at the store stated that my order has been ready and They are just waiting on a door dash driver to bring it. Employee was hesitant to give me his name, when I asked multiple times. Eventually he stated his name was Marques, the shift manager. He also Could not provide me with a time of delivery. When I mention to employee who do I pay he stated I give cash to doordash driver. Pretty sure this gentleman was lying. This Pizza Hut appears to always have staffing issues or selective hours of operation. Below is a photo stating my order is still being worked on."
