"Worst customer service I've encountered in my entire life. They made a mistake on my pickup, and didn't make the order so the manager tried to blame it on the driver (like what does the driver have to do with it). Never apologized and even communicated on what the issue was. Waited about 30 min and didn't get my pizza, didn't even offer to take care of the customer, it's clear they don't care to keep a customer. Manager even threatened to come out and fight me... unbelievable. IT'S JUST PIZZA."

"Super slow. Went past the longest order estimate time. Crust is so bad and burned on this one. Another one was cut wrong. I’ve had a good order from here once, but I’ll find somewhere else if it’s 50/50 like this."

"Order never came. App claimed it was delivered. I saw the driver on the tracker drive past my street 2 times. At an hour and 15 minutes I called the store, got disconnected, sat on hold, only to be told id have to wait for the driver to come back to resolve anything. The manager was rude and made no effort to fix the situation in any way... Left a review on the app and got no response... Stuff happens but Clearly there is no interest in keeping customers."

"I have been going to this location for at least 5 years. They have new management and it is horrible. I always order A LG 3 topping for 7.99. Now you can only get it on line. I ordered a LG meat lovers. I paid 16 dollars. It only had meat on thr middle and they tried to tell me they don't put meat or cheese towards the outside. Sine I go there at least twice a week I know that was a lie. I will never go back to that location."
