"Almost everyone in Casey knows with these guys you either get 100% great service or 0 and a scam. Most people will lead you away from them and for good reason. they will begin fixing things you did not ask for. the people at the front desk are more then rude. they DO NOT care about your service. I've given them 4 different tries, 2 no avail. I feel bad for the tourist that come to get their car fixed and leave with a 1,000$ bill. (because it will happen) They think because they own HALF of Casey they can treat their customers like this. BOY COT"

"Great customer service! We were traveling through from Ohio to Missouri and got a flat tire. We saw good ratings so stopped in to see if they could help. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They did not have the size tire we needed so they suggested they could go get one a few towns over for us or they could put our spare on and give us suggestions where to go next. We had a baby and toddler so decided to stay. There's a waiting room with tv, vending machines, kids table and comfy chairs. We were there for only an hour and 20 minutes with very affordable prices.
