Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"We had a bad experience with this restaurant tonight. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't get the name of the rude employee. I downloaded their app, created an account and used the reward for a free concrete mixer. My daughters went in to pick it up for me once I received the notification that it was complete and was told they didn't have an order for me. I sent the confirmation number and the woman argued with my girls about the order being placed, even after seeing the screenshot that I sent. The employee finally relented and begrudgingly handed over the already made, and melted ice cream (this was a 30 minute ordeal). I've always enjoyed Freddie's food and custard, but my family will never spend our money at this restaurant again. It is unfortunate that good customer service is so difficult to find these days."

"Unaware of their early closing we arrived 8 minutes before they closed. They were the absolute friendliest welcoming staff that we’ve ever experienced. They stressed to us not to rush out although I’m sure they were anticipating an early closing for the holiday. Food was great and the staff even better."

"Was great at the drive thru by one of the rudest woman I have meet. Waited 15 minutes for my order and the fries came out cold. Milk shake was good but not worth $13. Won't be coming back"

"Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Got the jalapeno double steakburger combo. It was pretty good. It's nice that they don't just throw a slice of pepperjack cheese on it and call it quits. There's also a spicy sauce and some actual jalapenos on there! Definitely a little spice, but it won't have you sweating or anything. Also comes with shoestring fries, which I am typically not a fan of, as they don't hold their heat. But since I was dining in, that problem was easily solved by eating them first. The jalapeno fry sauce is really something special. Would have given four stars, but cleanliness seemed to not be high on their priority list. Wiping down the tables would be a good start. Trash can was full. Dirty floors, and condiment station/soda fountain area wasn't so great, either. It's unfortunate, but I've been there several times, and it's always like that, so I know it's not an isolated incident, or busy day, or staffing issues (there were plenty of people working today). Just seems to not be a priority. I'm sure I'll be back yet again, but always go in knowing that I'll have to clean my own table before I eat."
