"Terrible service I didn’t know I get small fries when I paid for a medium everytime I ask for bbq sauce they act like it’s a problem I don’t fw it! Also had a burger with hair in food"

"Disappointed. Service used to be better. Went today and they didn't have change, had to give exact change or use a card. Pulled up to the next window and had our drinks shoved at us before the truck was in park. They were wrong so we sat there til someone came back. When we said we were supposed to have a vanilla ice coffee they said "well I only charged you for a ice coffee". We would have happily paid the difference to have the correct coffee, but they didn't even give us the chance, or offer to correct their mistake. Best part? They were not busy, if that had been an excuse for poor service."

"Went through the drive thru. I know it was lunch time, but when I hadn't even finished saying "can I get a number one with" and someone is interrupting me to ask what I want to drink, it's pretty off putting. The person taking the payments and the one who handed me the order were perfectly nice, but I ordered 4 meals and felt like I was being a bother to the person taking the orders. Maybe they need to find a new job. Other then that, food was hot, fresh, and correct."

"Worst redo ever. I’ve been in food for a long time. I complained that my fries were warm at best. After a stink eye I received hot ones, no apology nothing said. Mind you this is in the store. A brand new store. I saw the manager with about 7 crew members, a very tall brown haired fellow. I don’t know his name because he disappeared the minute he heard a complaint. When I got to eat my burger it had been pre made probably just sitting on a warming grill. Dried out, not hot and juicy like it should be. Just terrible . As I write this guess who feels as if someone did something to his food 90 minutes ago. Stay away do not subject yourself to this shiny building with management who doesn’t know hospitality. Saving food cost doesn’t come at the expense of your customers. Instead of gaining a fan you cost yourself sales. I will leave bad reviews everywhere I can. The dried burger pic speaks for itself. The cheese isn’t even slightly melted and this was after returning my first. Don’t ruin a fine American institution like Wendy’s reputation just to save on two beef Pattie’s. This was dine in and I don’t have a trans x number because I used your self ordering kiosk. Just look up Luis in the monitor log around 2-230 pm Dec.6, 2022. Never again."
