"When we went, it was a couple hours from closing. There were a few people still inside. We ordered, got our drinks, and picked our seat. There were multiple tables still dirty with dishes. An lots of workers just standing around not doing anything. We waited around 15 minutes, before my husband's food came out. And then I was informed that mine was still cooking. They could have let me know, when I ordered. That there was going to be a wait on what I ordered. So by the time I got my food. My husband was damn near done with his. I waited close to 30 minutes for my food. After my husband had already gotten his. I had to ask for our breadsticks. And then when I got my food, I ordered lasagna. There was A LOT of sauce, but not much lasagna at all!! Me and my husband were not impressed at all!! All our food was mediocre and didn't have much flavor to no flavor at all!! My lasagna had way too much sauce on it, and it had barely any ricotta on it. The noodles weren't even cooked all the way. The breaksticks were the best thing of the meal!! It was definitely much better when I went as a teenager. Me an my husband both were not impressed at all!! And I used the restroom there as well. It was definitely one of the dirtiest restrooms I've used, in a long time. The toilets were dirty inside and out. The seats were nasty, with mystery hairs on top, inside and under the seat. The floors were dirty as well. With all the worker's that were working. The whole restaurant definitely should have been cleaner. With all the worker's that were there. They all weren't doing anything but just standing around and talking. All in all we probably won't end up going back there anytime soon."

"Visited on 1-24-24 around 6:30 p.m. The employees are very polite and care about the service you receive. The store & women's restroom is clean. The food is pretty decent."

"So i went and place and order baked fettuccine and a kidsmeal cheese pizza my pasta did not have everything or requested and my daughters pizza was burnt and cold called and spoke with some one told me to comeback for replacement and got another burnt piece of pizza smh how is it burnt and cold ❄"

"Came for lunch the other day and had the best baked ziti in my life. I was helped by Melissa who was so kind and friendly. She recommended dishes for me and my friends that we had never tried before. Huge success! She is a great employee and made our experience so much better! Definitely recommend :)"
