"They make great drinks including the best London fog I've had. The staff are friendly and actually craft your order. They sell items from other local small businesses. The reason I drive past multiple other coffee shops to get there is the atmosphere. It is cozy. I feel like I'm welcome to stay and enjoy my drink for as long as I'd like. The seating is comfortable and thoughtful. The reason I go into a cafe is to take a break from the hustle and just be still for a while. I can do that here."

"I do not try noblesville as often but I had to visit Noble Coffee after hearing rave reviews about the coffee AND the coffee shop. And the hype didn’t disappoint. First off, Noble coffee is right between all the businesses in Noblesville downtown and is really not hard to find. Step in and you are transported into a different world with lovely paintings adorning the walls, books and games in the shelf and a MASSIVE menu board to order what you like. Oh and the board is huge! I took my time and the lady at the cashier was so patient despite the long line at 4:30 pm (yes that’s how busy noble coffee is at 4:30). I tried Kashmiri Rose chai latter which is a latte made up of chai concentrate, rose petals and crushed pistachios. This is a seasonal offering and the flavors were so subtle yet the overall drink packed a nice flavor punch without being too overpowering. I enjoyed 2 hours with my dog (yes dog friendly!) and they have a lovely event room set up for visitors and a small outdoor space for accommodating more customers. Overall, the space is huge for downtown in my opinion. Noble coffee is easily on my top 5 list for all the 3 reasons - ambience, service and coffee!"

"Every time I go to a coffee shop I have not been to, I order a caramel americano. It’s a great combination that truly accentuates the coffee flavors in my experience. The one I got here is outstanding. No bitterness, good smooth flavor and not too sweet. The coffee was excellent by all accounts. They have a small selection of food like muffins and bagels. They are at a massive disadvantage on offering food being right next to Rosie’s bakery which is outstanding baked goods, breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend trying this place."

"Noble Coffee has a nice atmosphere with several different environments to accommodate your style. Noble Coffee is busy all the time. I wouldn’t plan to get a quick cup of coffee or tea here thats just not what they do. Their coffee and tea is not top of the line by any means. They do have variety but the quality leaves something to be desired."
