"My girlfriend went because her tire was low and losing air just to patch it in an emergency due to being aways away from home, they told her they couldn’t patch it because the tires were 2,3/32’s and was trying to sell her 4 tires when the tread isn’t even close to the wear bar. Had them fill it up with air and take it to our local tire shop, 5,6/32’s tread and easy $20 patch job. Someone is just trying to get commission and taking advantage of people. Do not recommend trusting them at all."

"Just went here to install tires that I bought from Walmart. Totally rejected my service and wouldn’t set an appointment up to get my tires on. What a joke. Spend over $800 and can’t even put them on for me. Wow. Not happy."

"I brought in my rim / old spare tire. I wanted a new spare tire mounted and balanced. That is all. I told the guy that it was spare and I wanted the cheapest tire they had as it would never be used. After paying and looking at the receipt in my car, I see they added to the bill "rotation and balance" service. This is so you can bring the tire in for rotating and balancing whenever you want. This will never happen with this tire and is a waste of money. I never asked for this service, they just added it. I was in a hurry so I didn't go back in and say anything. This unapproved charge is why the low rating. Buyer beware!"

"This is the last time I bring my car here. All I needed was a simple oil change, which should take no longer than 20 minutes. 30 at the most. I was told it would be an hour.. ive been sitting here for an hour and 50 minutes and I just received a text that they are starting on it. I asked the manager how much longer and his response was "I'm not sure." I had to ask him again for him to go find out. He did and they said 5 min. I've now been sitting here for another 20 minutes and they are still not done. I am now late to work."

"very rude service. got wipers installed and they broke my rear wiper. I took it back in and they denied doing anything to it and wouldn't even look at my car. don't go here if you don't want your car broken."
