"Honest and up front. Took our Dodge Journey for them to estimate damage for left rear damage backing into telephone pole. We could still drive it. They gave us an appointment 2 months out. Signed the paperwork. We showed up to find out we had been bumped. I expained we had a rental car coming from Marion. They said they'd honor it but it would still be the same amount of time until they got to it. We cancelled the rental & rescheluded 2 weeks out. I didn't want to have to wait for parts elsewhere. They bent over backwards for us at every opportunity and performed good work. They admitted they should have called but circumstances, the one who would have called was out the Thur & Fri prior, prevented it. I would use these people again as I believe this was a one off. It didn't bother me to be bumped as others may be worse off than my cosmetic damage. I just didn't like not be notified of it and wasting my time."
