"Purchased this meat last night got it home and it's no good. Tried to take it back they wouldn't because I had to freeze this stinky spoiled meat."
"Edited 12/17/22 I'm sorry but the Grand Bay store is a joke. The meat dept. closes early all the time. I have actually seen the lady that works in the meat dept have her small children at work with her and they were in the meat cutting room with no supervision. And in EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT there is always expired food. It's just really sad to see how bad the customer service is sometimes. And the way they treat their employees in front of customers is messed up. You should do that in private. And they fired the best deli employee they've had since we moved here 17 years ago."
"I can’t my experience at that store but I can for the one in Grove Hill Alabama. Every time I shop at the store I go almost every day. The prices at check out are higher then the sticker price. Im sick of it. I now have to watch the computer screen price that comes up.. I should be able to trust that I m not being scammed. I said something to the manager Josh about the prices. He didn’t say anything but the cashier said we don’t have time to change the prices. I was speechless."
"Poor management. He is not concerned with his patrons and doesn’t put in any effort to assist. This is not the first time, it is every time we try to ask for help with something at the Fowl River/Dauphin Island store. Not to mention expired foods on the shelves! Such a shame"
"How many times do you have to be told that your store employees are not wearing mask. Covid is real, and I am tired of asking people to wear mask. One cashier in your Jay store never wears a mask, and brings her handicapped daughter to work to bag groceries, and again no mask, and she comes right up to you. No social distancing. Please correct immediately, or several patrons of this store will get with Channel 3 News to do a story on this."
