"Whomever owns dollar general on Saint Stephen rd. You are in strong demand of a good professional manager.my old white roommates go in there stealing everyday. I a blk honest paying customer get harassed and stalked discriminated for paying at the register like everybody else. Angie you are an aunt Jane bleaching creme dumb fiend"
"Refused service for not having a mask yet two other customers were served without masks. Amazingly, i was the only white customer. Buyer beware if you are WHITE because you will be held to a different standard here! Google needs to add zero stars to these reviews because some of them don't deserve any stars!"
"It used to be one of my favorite stores, but the cashiers aren't very good at their jobs. They're never paying attention to the store only to their phones. If you guys are okay poor customer service."
"I went in there today to get a few items and just so happen one of the items had a coupon for it. I haven't used the app and on the debit card reader it says tell the cashier if you have coupons. I told the cashier and she started talking really loud saying have I clipped the coupon and you just have to put your number in. So I told her on the app I added the coupon I was trying to use. So she just kept telling well all you have to do is put your number in, I remind you I haven't used the digital coupons before so I did not know the process, so I'm looking for where to put my number in then she finally clicked the icon on the debit card reader, by this time I'm trying not to tell back so I stated dont worry about it and walked out of the store without purchasing anything. I called back up there once I made it home to speak with a manager and the manager stated that she just talk loud anyway. I didn't have a problem with her talking loud it was the way she delivered the information instead of just saying ma'am click the icon on the screen and put in your number. I was very disappointed at the poor customer service and the fact the manager tried to justify the cashier's actions by stating she just talk loud anyway. Wish I could give it 0 stars."
"At the time of my visit, the store's shelving could've had more product in stock. This location is usually congested with several customers. Customer service was below average, only because, the cashier was the only employee present to work."
