"i used to come here all the time when we first moved but recently it’s just gone downhill. everytime we order our meal is messed up, lukewarm food along with pickles and onions on a burger we ordered no pickles and onions. all you get is an oh well we’re sorry! the first time, an apology is fine but the third, fourth, fifth time? maybe it’s time to take some action in your staff!"

"Drive thru 2/24/24 3:45 p.m. Ordered 2 mcdoubles and 1 cheeseburger, 2 sandwiches were cold to touch and 1 was warm. Sent them back and got handed equally cold food for a second time. Lazy workers lacking motivation."

"Let's place about a slow it gets. Going inside going to the drive through. You're gonna be in for a 1/2 hour. Wait, add recommend going anywhere else."

"Burgers are always dry.. buns stale.. undercooked soggy cold fries.. Food is always gross and definitely not worth the inflated prices. Makes it easy not to go here anymore though and my kid no longer wants it."

"Stopped for a fry and a shake, just had an urge it has been a while, and in most cases, nothing like a good hot French fry on an autumn day. Did the drive thru, took a long time because of the mobile app ordering (which I am not a fan of) in which the patron eased past the orderering process but then had to pull to the side and waited for his pick up. Everyone had to wait for their orders to be processed first, which I think should have been ready? I received my order just about the same time from the window. The fries were old and soggy, and the shake was more like milk. Please take me back to the older days where fast food was fast and good and people cared about what they were selling. Ray has got to be very disappointed with what has happened to his company."
