Logan's Roadhouse

"Update: Logan’s always responds with their default message to please share the review with their corporate customer service. I actually took the time to send it to them the same night and have gotten ZERO response! Words are just words if they aren’t backed up with action. Read the reviews but had a gift card so decided to try it anyway. We were sat at a bar table with two underage kids (13 & 17). Not a huge deal, but our poor waitress was also the bartender. Rolls were served hot, but underbaked and only taste was yeast - no salt in the roll or the butter. And had a gummy texture in the middle. I ordered the Logan sirloin and asked for it to be medium. I asked the waitress if they are pretty good at cooking to the correct temp and she said absolutely. Spoiler alert - her confidence was misplaced. The steak was served gray and room temp, almost 35-40 minutes after the order was placed. I told the waitress when she checked in on us 10 minutes later and she offered to have it heated up. I told her that wouldn’t work because it was already bone dry and overcooked. She said she would see what she could do, and we didn’t see her again until she brought the bill - with the full-priced steak on it. When she came back to collect payment, I started to say something and she said “do you want me to take it off?” While it was nice of her to offer, I feel like she was waiting to see if I objected or just paid the whole thing. The rest of the table’s food was room temp and, like another poster said, my son’s mushrooms probably clogged an artery. The bathrooms were pretty run down as well - my stall door didn’t even have a lock. I think it may be time for a visit from Gordon Ramsey on Kitchen Nightmares."

"Absolute terrible service tonight. I usually don’t write reviews however tonight had ruined a perfectly good family evening. We showed up at 5:20 pm, got seated immediately. Business was not booming here. They were under a 50% occupancy. We sat from 5:20 to 5:45 before getting our starters. Our waitress then brought us the wrong salads for another table, put them down on our table, picked them back up, and then gave it to the correct customer. Then at 6:15 we finally got 2 of three salads apart of our order. Moving onto our order but we still have yet to get our main order. We have a movie at 7pm which we will most likely be missing or late to due to the terrible service here tonight."

"So we had 6 people. Our waitress was amazing! The food was literally the worst I've had. Three out of 4 steaks were either WAY over or undercooked. The one that was overcooked was cold. Basically ate fries. And couldn't eat anything else. The little bit of food I had has my stomach in knots. Will not be going back. Nothing to do with the people, food is just total garbage."

"they definitely live up to the online reviews ...probably the worst dining experience I've had ...place wasn't even busy mushrooms where saturated in grease , rolls where straight up uncooked after waiting 30 minutes to even get them ...45 minutes later had to ask about salads being brought ...and then another 25 minutes we finally got our steaks ..my medium well was very rare ...when the manager came over he offered to discount my bill which was nice but then when they brought brought my steak back it was literally half the size ...and to top it all off one of the servers left the restroom straight from the stall cell phone in hand without washing hands .....will never go back..... on a positive at least the people are nice noone was rude"

"The worst dining experience at this restaurant! I like to give credit where credit is due, so please read to the end. First, upon arrival, empty parking lot, that is never a good sign. Next, waitress was promptly at our table, most likely due to the fact there was no one there. It was about 445 on a Monday, but there wasn't anyone there when we left about 6pm either. Even on a Monday, this is prime dinner hour for this area. I ordered the filet mignon with the garlic butter topping, salad, and mashed potatoes for my sides. I ordered a coke and a water, and the meal came with rolls. Almost flat soda, my water, one straw, and rolls arrived promptly. Rolls and butter were fairly tasteless. My salad had a lot of browned edges and I had to pick them out. Food arrived promptly, almost too promptly to be cooked to order, my garlic butter didn't melt as the meat wasn't very hot. I tried my mashed potatoes first, gluey and not seasoned properly. The steak was cooked ok, (again, not hot), but tasted funny. I wasn't sure it was the steak or butter topping, so I sent it back. I let the waitress talk me into getting another steak without the topping. The manager brought out a sirloin, and when I asked him if this was a filet mignon, he lied to my face and said yes. I cut into it as he requested, even though it was not sent back for level of doneness, and it cut and looks a like a sirloin. Next, I noticed something on the side of my glass, (of course, after I drank some), some black stuff. I was praying it was on the outside, but no, as I scraped the inside of my glass with my straw, all kinds of gross black stuff slid into the bottom of my glass. The waitress was super kind as she probably recites the same apologies to many customers. I asked her to go tell her manager about this. As expected, the manager never came back over and neither did she. Who knows , they probably thought I was after a free meal, I can assure you, I was not. I paid my bill with a 15% tip, I normally tip 20%, but couldn't this time. Another review said the meat tasted microwaved and I am sure it was after this experience. I give excellent reviews to all kinds of services that I receive, this place will never get my business again and I will never recommend it to anyone."
