"Of the 4 employees working, we only saw one person who was always busy working (mostly cooking) the rest were busy not working. One sat on a box looking at her phone. Even when I came to the counter needing something. No napkins available and the kid seemed really put out to go change it. The food was not hot. The buns were over toasted. The tables were not cleaned off. Of and it was just us and one other couple inside and no one in the drive thru. Won't return to this location."
"Dining room not open. No one else in line and we were asked to wait to place our order. Told we would have to wait 10 minutes for sliders and chicken rings. Waited almost the entire 10 minutes to even pay. They either need more help or are the laziest employees."
"Only complaint I have is that they did not put my sauces in the bag and I did not check before I pulled away like I normally do. Other than that, food is great, service is great and open 24 hr."
"It was really great. We moved to Tennessee 4 years ago and Kristal doesn't cut it. We went here because we were really craving White Castle, and it was so good. We really missed it! It took a little longer than we expected, but they compensated us with 40% more fresh White Castles! We will take that deal any day. Merry Christmas to Indy!"
"Great late-night dinner at an American institution. Had a sack of 10 cheese sliders with a large French fry and Coke. The building was renovated, the drive-thru was updated, and the restaurant was clean. More importantly, the staff was polite, professional, and fast."
