Other auto parts stores I’ve been into, this has always been an issue- but never with these people. They always help me find what i need when i need it, and are very informative. "Just called to see if they had a tool, and the guy told me he’d have to walk out onto the floor, i said ok will you do that, he said well it’s hit or miss if i could find it. If I were your boss you’d be fired on the spot."
"Immediately I noticed when I pull up all of the people that should be working are outside in the parking lot. I go in to buy a quart of Royal Purple oil no one comes in to help me they just all stand out there and continue talking and smoking cigarettes. So I walk out leave never to return. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE!"
