"So normally I woulda gave a 1 star due to my whole order being wrong, but the very young cashier named J.T., went above and beyond to not only fix but remake my whole order and did it with a smile and very apologetic for everything!!! What a great way to turn a mistake around!!!"

"The manager with the dumb looking green hair was very rude to the cashier. Cashier was Super nice and just trying to help. Manager was upset over .40 cents. Please just ask and we would of paid. Businesses wonder why they can't keep help..duh"

"They definitely seem like either they are understaffed or just hate their jobs, they never smile, there is not one bit of nice customer service in their tone, the food is always a little cold amd dry or overly loaded with sauces to wear its all over the outside if the bun, it's just not necessary."

"Ordered 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo, obviously you see both sandwiches are wrong one plain not even spicy, the other no extra mayo and the lettuce almost looks brown. Couldn't even ring it up right on the receipt. Fries cold. And the strawberry lemonade is now garbage coming out of the machine now they said, but would've been nice to know it's machine while ordering because we would've got something else to drink knowing beforehand, doesn't look right and the taste is not that great, used to be some of the best strawberry lemonade around now it's probably the worst. My burger was alright though not hot but not cold. Usually this location isn't bad in my experience yea sometimes they'll forget something who doesn't I get it but this is ridiculous considering had to wait like 15 minutes with no one ahead of me and the lady had to open the window twice to confirm some of the order."
