Papa Johns Pizza

"I order pizza AT LEAST once a week for me and my family of six. It’s about 70/30 in service and quality. Sometimes it’s just right and other times it’s horrible. For instance we will get the wrong type of breadsticks or semi-cold pizza or no cheese cups or missing entire items like pop, cookies, breadsticks, etc. I ALWAYS tip the top amount allowed through the app and always kind and patient. Today it shows up like it was carried on it’s side the whole ride crumpled in the box. I don’t why but this feels the most egregious. Some of the drivers are regulars and are amazing and I will continue to tip great but I’m hoping this reaches someone and they can potentially try to tighten ship. No place is perfect and there will always be bad employees or a bad day or a mistake made and that’s ok. I make mistakes at work too. But since we moved counties and switched to this Papa Johns from the one in Wabash we have seen a dramatic decrease in quality of service, quality of food and friendliness. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon but now my wife wants us to order Pizza Hut more often for the pasta. Let’s hope this papa Johns can get me and especially the wife back on board."
