Reviews
"Luca Pizza: More "Letdown" Than Little Italy Luca Pizza's online pics and glowing reviews had my stomach singing opera. Combo pizza and saucy meatballs? Sign me up! But reality crashed harder than a dropped calzone when I walked in. **The Meatball Mishap:** Ordered those bad boys, lid perched like a nervous pigeon. One jostle later, boom! Bag became a Jackson Pollock painting of tomato sauce and mystery meat. **Hygiene Hijinks:** I politely explained the carnage, expecting a "whoops, here's fresh ones." Nope. Cashier's face turned mozzarella-pale and they demanded I pay half my meal for THEIR mistake. Or, get this, **eat the fallen soldiers out of the plastic bag!** Seriously? Floor-grade meatballs wrapped in plastic? My inner Gordon Ramsay almost had a meltdown. **Greasy Exit:** I left, hunger replaced by disappointment and betrayal. Luca Pizza, you're not just bad, you're an insult to pepperoni. **Verdict:** Avoid this greasy mess like it's pineapple on pizza. Head elsewhere, pizza pilgrims. Your taste buds (and dignity) will thank you. Remember, pizza nights are sacred. Don't let Luca ruin yours. **One star. Would not recommend.**"
"I come here a lot but this was just appalling. The pizza was nasty and tasted like dough. Definitely wasn’t heated up properly. I had asked if he had gotten the pepperoni breadsticks and the extra cheese sauce and he said yes; we get our food and be they were not there. And even after giving me the breadsticks, they forgot the cheese sauce. I was exhausted and tired and didn’t feel like arguing with someone who clearly didn’t care about his job."
"Food court is in back of mall. Hard to find, hard to park, small parking spots. I waited in line. My entree wasn't displayed so I moved to the pay line. I tell the guy what I want and he demands I restart the line and start the other side. I should have left. I waited and ordered again. Food took 5 minutes to get. Food was hot. I ordered to go but it came as dine in. The food was okay. Premade frozen lasagna and large pesto Italian roll. The portions were big enough. I wasn't able to finish the roll. They did let me get a refill without paying. I believe the business is family owned by a Mexican Latino family. Price for one meal for one person was $15. The kiosk reminds me of the old Sbarros. I would skip it."
"The Pizza is delicious. It is definitely better than mall pizza should be. They reheat it right in front of you in their big oven so it tastes fresh when they serve it to you. The breadsticks are pretty good too especially with the cheese dip. On top of the quality, it has meals cheaper than most of the other places in the mall. Give it a try."
"It’s mall food that you can’t go wrong with. They warm up in front of you. Lots of variety on pizzas and decent prices."
