"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was shopping with my mom recently and we were checking out at the counter. Her leg gave out (we actually found out later that she was having a stroke). The employees just stood there, dumbfounded. When she asked if they had a chair, they said no. Unless everyone stands on their break, you know you have a chair in the back. Hopefully they are never treated this way if they have a medical emergency. It is disgraceful. Do not shop here."
"My daughter’s Abercrombie & Fitch delivery was stolen from her residence (porch pirates). The thief then went to a physical store and returned the item and was given an E Gift Card which was subsequently used to purchase more items. The store never asked for ID to verify my daughter’s identity. What kind of practice is this A&F?
