She asked me if I needed any help and immediately opened a fitting room for me. She took the time to make a personal connection and she stuck with it throughout the entire visit. You have a great employee in Kait and I hope she knows how much I appreciated her kindness and her support in choosing an outfit for my upcoming job interview. "Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Larissa and April. Larissa fitted me for some bras I had seen but were not available in store so she was nice enough to order them for me. Perfect fit! These girls were so nice and willing to help. Neither tried to “push” anything on me to buy. There was another employee doing set up. The store was very well laid out…. Better than most stores I’ve been in. I didn’t see a manager there but it looked like these ladies had everything under control. I will be returning."

"It’s too bad this particular Lane Bryant location is closing. The staff is amazing. I went in for the sale on bras. Larissa, Stacy and April were working and all three were so helpful. Larissa sized me and fitted me. This is one of the best laid out stores I’ve been in. Clean and easy to get around. I love their clothes but I’m too small for them. Just the bras which fit beautifully. I’m not an avid online shopper and I don’t get to Greenwood much so I’m going to miss this location."
