"The seamstress they use is extremely unprofessional. She was 20 minutes late to my wedding dress alteration appointment. She then triple charged me the amount she verbally said. When I texted her to ask why she never answered. When I asked the shop owners for an explanation as to why she never responded I was told she never got the message even though I showed them I had sent it...3 times. I also found a red lipstick smudge on it after I got it home. The whole ordeal was unprofessional and shifty."
