"I had the worst experience at this store in Edinburgh, IN. The manager, Teresa Hensley was very rude from the time we walked into the store. She had an attitude like she didn’t want to help me. She kept saying what they didn’t have instead of helping me find a solution. I had a pair of pants to exchange for a different size and asked if they had them in a smaller size and she said “no, that’s all we have”. I looked over at a display and there was the size I needed. It was a self help situation! She also sold me a black dress that she and her associate had dropped on the floor and got dirt all over it. She rudely stated that she could not take anything off the price:( I said that I would have to get it dry cleaned before I could gift it for Christmas. She said well do you just want to Not purchase it? Worst manager EVER!!! I wish I could give Teresa Hensley ZERO stars!"

"Loved it. Friendly lady waiting on us. Helpful but not too intrusive. Great deals... This is an outlet store. There was a good selection. I bought 4 tops and a pair of pants. I'll go back."

"Unpleasant, the employee was rude and I caught her rolling her eyes when I asked for pair of pants. I left the clothes and told her I don’t want anything anymore, she says I’m sorry it’s been a long day, I replied it’s not my fault and left very disappointed. She was rude since I entered to the store not greeting or asking if I needed any size."

"We had the worst experience ever here. My grandma is a regular shopper and always loves this place but today an employee did enough just for us to walk out and say we were never going back. She was rude from the very beginning of walking into the store. My 2 year old accidentally spilled some of his drink on the floor harming nothing, I cleaned it up with my own wipes and she comes over hovering over top of me and saying her store and clothing is way to nice to have things being spilled, we shouldn’t of had drinks in her store in the first place and that she didn’t care if it was a 2 year old or not. It continued of her rambling rude comments as I am cleaning the mess. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude especially over a toddler making an honest mistake. Her attitude and verbal comments were enough for all the customers in the store to see and because of her she lost a big sell. As we cleaned the mess and walked out I told her I sure hope she doesn’t treat all the customers this way- she proceeded to tell me “well you’re the one that spilled a drink on MY floor.” No ma’am sorry that was my 2 year old- this says enough about how pathetic she is as a person. I truly hope no one else has to deal with this."
