"Portions were tiny, small amount of fries and two basically chicken nuggets(instead of chicken tenders). My brisket was completely dried out. Drinks were already watered down from melted ice when I got there. Like I get that these days you don't get much for your money, but if this was my only experience with City BBQ I wouldn't return. Only 2 stars because they did get everything in my order, so wasn't technically missing anything. Just terrible value for the amount and quality of food. With an abundance of other places to eat, I'll just avoid in the future."

"I've never had a bad experience at City BBQ before this. This was my first time ordering "to go" and they were out of turkey so I substituted in Chipotle BBQ. What I received was a spoonful of bbq meat, small portions of everything else and they forgot to put the Texas toast in the box. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since i spent $34 on this. I know I should have checked my order before leaving but again, I've never been disappointed here. I'll definitely be back but I'll definitely be checking my order before I leave."
