"Oh. My. Golly!!! I am just so mad at myself I haven’t been inside this Wonderland alllll of this time! I live less than one mile away and have drooled over your amazing storefront masterpieces ever since you’ve been open! Seriously…like every HGTV magazine cover should be of Tinkerhouse’s storefront. When I walked inside…I was overwhelmed with emotion..I just had no idea it would be that magical inside. So when your wonderful Boutique liaison, Ann, greeted me, I was literally having so much of a moment I was verklempt and I couldn’t respond right away! Ann was so knowledgeable about my one million questions and was just as excited to show me their rainbow of treasures as I was to discover them. We chatted like old friends for about 20 minutes as I browsed about. It was such a refreshing and lovely experience; I had forgotten what an intimate, lovely experience small business shopping can be. Especially when compared to the ever seeming coldness that the every day consumer has been experiencing more and more. I purchased a lovely pair of earrings and hugged my way out the door. For the rest of the day up until the moment I write this, I felt like a little girl who got to walk through her favorite tale book..but for real! A magical experience in a world where we’ve forgotten that magic still does exist…if you know where to look. Tinkerhouse: A doorway to magic, imagination and inspiration. However when I walked in I was not greeted there was no other customers in the store and there is only one person working.
