"Ive had food poisoning for about a week cause of either bad dough or the pretzle person decided to leave them hours under the light these pretzles are a hazerd at this point i still cant eat anything heavy not even a slice of good pizza without feeling like a gut punch at night without sleep and if you want anything from them ask for it fresh cause they certainly wont have anything fresh if they can help it"
"Hands down, the worst pretzel I've ever had. Greasy, hot fat uncooked dough, wrapped around a low quality hot dog, served with semi-solid lukewarm cheese. I cannot believe I actually paid for this, I threw it out after a single bite. My expectations were low, but Jesus Christ."
"As far as I'm concerned Ben's Pretzels are the best around. It doesn't matter which location I go to the quality is the same, excellent. They're always hot and delicious. I've had to wait a couple minutes while they finished baking but worth the wait."
"The product was as it was expected to be. My issue is with the completely apathetic teenage girl that was working the counter. She made zero effort to treat me politely as a customer. I felt like I was being served by a robot. The issue that I have is that I asked for spicy mustard and was given regular. Then when I returned it (after I already walked to my car and back) and asked to have the correct dipping sauce for pretzle she asked if I opened it, which I did to find out that it wasn't the sauce that I wanted, and then rolled her eyes as she threw it away. She then said that "there wasn't any made" and did not apologize or offer to make any. When I asked for sweet mustard I got a similar response. Since she made no attempt to help me enjoy my food on any level and since I did not want a different dipping sauce I asked for a refund. She made multiple sighs and scoffs as she refunded me and then turned her back to me without apologizing that I was unhappy with my experience. I hope that she does not serve all her customers like I experienced. Incredibly unsatisfactory experience."
"Editing the review I previously posted two months ago... I was using the restroom a few days ago and a gentleman wearing a Ben's shirt, and a Ben's hat and glasses walks out of one of the stalls after it had flushed. So it not like he was just getting a piece of toilet paper and proceeded to the sinks where he RINSED his hand under cold water and walked away. I walk up front and there he is rolling some pretzels with those coldly rinsed hands. If this sounds like a horror story that's because it is. With all the sickness going around you only rinse you hands before returning to work that's disgusting in general but clearly no regard for your customers. Again he is an older gentleman who is always wearing glasses."
