"worst subway ever !! waited at drive thru for 15 min there was 4 people inside ordering there food kept saying hello at the speaker why the lady just looked at me I drive around to go inside after the 4 people who got served left and the door was locked and they refused to serve me after I waited for 15 min says there open till 9 pm I was there at 6:45 waiting I’ll never go back again beyond rude!"

"Been here three times and each time whoever is working was friendly and welcoming. Also, they accept coupons on their Classic, non Subway Series sandwiches. Most don't these days. This is now my goto Subway."

"When will Subway open their lobby again. Ordered a Subway Club through a drive expecting what I always get. Did not order any extra veggies. Got to our hotel and shocked that It came with only meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomatoes or anything else. I called and they said I did not tell them I wanted any veggies. Interesting, I did not tell them I wanted ham, roast beef or Turkey but it showed up with that on it. They said I could drive all the way back and they would fix it but I was already too far away. Open your lobbies stores!!!"

"On Thursday I ordered two footlong subs with extra meat. When the food arrived their was just the normal very little amount on each sandwich I called the store and asked for the extra money they charged me to be put back on my card, the lady at the store said she was alone and didn't know how so she offered to replace it with drinks and those nasty cookies...I said no and she counters with an offer of the single serving of meat of each footlong sub to be delivered today. I said yes to that, today a no show snd no contact from the store with no one answering the phone. I'd post a picture but this site isn't letting me."

"So my family ordered food for the first time on the app, some things were glitches so half our order was wrong but then some of our food didn't come with the drink and cookies I ordered. So I called since I know first hand that apps can be silly and just letting the store know we have some sandwiches wrong and missing stuff. The service I got on the phone was so horrible I'm quiet irritated that if you are going to answer the phone you amidiatly give attitude and not ask how you can help. The problem, I was told to call the owner in the morning so I simply ask ok what's there name and in stead of a response I get hung up on. I'm extremely outraged with the phone etiquette and customer service that was provided over the phone and on the app. I get things happen and some people have bad days, but that kind of customer service was not necessary to give to anyone. I'm disappointed in this Subway."
