"I placed an online carry out order of four large pizzas for my family, all pizzas with special instructions due to different allergies. When I got home and looked at this pizzas they were disgusting. One very specifically with no onion. After opening the box there were TONS of onions. It’s the same story with the rest of the pizzas. After attempting to contact the store I was left on hold for an hour with no one ever coming to the phone, even after attempting to call multiple times. After placing another order, my kids decided to deal with the absolute trash that was made for them. I then attempted to reach out and cancel the order, once again no answer. After being called by the store asking if I was coming to pick up my order. I told them I was not and sat on the phone for an hour trying to tell them. I was then told by a man named Judd that if I was not going to pick up the pizza, he would call the cops for me placing a “fraudulent order”. This is the WORST Papa John’s in Indiana. I’ve had several issues of not fully cooked food with this store before and this is it. If you are the owner or manager of this store you should be ashamed. Papa John’s corporate has been made aware of this."
"Manager with the white hair is extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand working customer service in restaurants is tough but you don’t have to be rude and make snarky comments to people who are being polite. Extremely disappointed in the guys attitude. Very poor manners."
"Papa John’s has always been my favorite but the last few times I went the guy that works there (seems like the manager, white hair and glasses) has really made me not want to visit this location anymore. He’s always rude and seems angry. Also doesn’t give the extra sauces you ordered and pay for. Last time he didn’t give them, this time I asked specifically if they were in the boxes and he said no after he tried to rush me out. I understood that he was busy and I waited patiently on my phone for him, but he didn’t greet me or say sorry or anything. Just “it’s gonna be a while” while I could see my already done order sit. The first couple times I interacted with this dude I took it as just a bad day for him or maybe he’s new, but this is reoccurring now. This time they had just opened. Why are you already so unhappy with your job? Maybe they were short staffed? But he’s angry even when there’s other workers there. Find a new job man. The quality of food has also went down but it’s probably just because of this one dude because it seems worse when he’s there"
"Ordered in advance for an easy dinner night and when delivery time came still no pizza called the store and after 20 minutes of being on hold got no answer so I drove to the store to be told my order just left the building... Drive home and beat the delivery driver by 20 minutes!!! I live 5 minutes from the store!!!!! The pizza wasn't cut all the way nor made properly save yourself time and just order elsewhere I know I'll go to CJs from now on"
"Just trying to figure out how I can order a BBQ chicken pizza and there was no sauce or cheese. I had to call twice because the first time they took the phone off of the hook and then hung up. The second time I called, I told him what happened and his response was "I don't know what you're talking about." I'm sure you don't... He didn't have a driver to send the pizza to make up for it, so I was credited the cost of the pizza, thanks for that. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. To the employees working if you hate your job so much, find something else to do. Stop taking your frustrations out on the customers, we didn't do it, your life choices got you here. I should have done my research before ordering and I wouldn't be frustrated with myself. I hope this helps one person."
