"Love my fireplace tv stand but when I received it it had a broken door and I was told a new unit was being sent to the store hear it is a year later and I still have not received it and after the original post I got a call saying someone was coming out and they never showed up"

"I got a couch from them 4 days ago and I found two bed bugs ! I’ve never had any issues with bugs ever. Everything I have is in plastic. Mind you the couch was used and I didn’t know until they brought it to me. And it was very used not worth 3000 or 180 a month I was paying… called them told them their couch was on my back patio they told me they had to inspect my apartment. That’s fine. They came got the couch NEVER inspected it. Then told me that my couch was on the floor for three months. So people have for sure sat on it and got a good 3 months use to it. Then told me they steam cleaned it that it didn’t have anything. I don’t care they had bugs. What just steam cleaned the cushions. Not the wood inside or anything. So I don’t recommend this place at alllll. Then they picked the couch up and reposted they had it in stock and went down on the price IT HAS BEDBUGS they’re nasty !"

"Manager is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and I regret renting from here. I was supposed to be set up for biweekly payments, they have me pay $100 one week, then try to charge me another $44 the next week. Finally got in contact with the manger after two employees said it was fixed and he was horrible to talk to. Said he was and I quote “Tired of hearing about it”. Then tried to give an ultimatum before he would fix the problem. It’s not worth your money, try wayfair instead!"
