"I was told on the phone that my tow bill would be $125.00. when I got there the guy working there was cold and rigid and wasn't courteous or professional at all. The lady in there was rude and flat out lied to us and then they both told us that the Sheriff of Howard county was the one lying and that they are right and aren't wrong. They had my truck for 14 hours and charged me $102.00 for two days storage. Said they had my truck for two days. Then when I got my truck my wallet had been gone through $400.00 and a $53.00 Best buy gift card was missing. These people are crooks don't trust them with anything..."
