"i worked here for almost 6 months and with the new owners coming in, everything changed and suddenly everyone started being racist to me for not being indian. the americans are given all kinds of tedious tasks and rules that nobody else has to follow and the black girl and i were told we could not sit and be on our phones in the donut room like EVERYONE else there even though i have scoliosis and knee problems and both of the shift leads know that. also had me training men (for no extra pay) who were hired to make more money than me. they will discriminate against race, disability, age, gender, everything you name it. i have also never witnessed any of them wash their hands and the new "managers" have a 4 year old son that they let run behind the counter and touch all of the donuts and throw soggy napkins that he dipped in water all around the store. absolutely disgusting and shameful they also do not like me because of my chinese ancestry which i was told outside of work that indians dont like chinese people. the shift lead taunted me by sending me pictures and videos of all of my coworkers getting to sit and relax and be on their phones on the clock but when i worked there i was forced to do all of the work, even having to put together orders for them bc they dont know english well enough to read a ticket apparently. i have never met anybody more hateful than the indian people that work at this dunkin donuts and yes it was all of them"
"I’ve pulled out of line twice because of the woman you have running the intercom in the drive-thru. Her demeanor is extremely off putting. If a customer asks about something, and your only goal is to prove you’re right, you’re working the wrong job in hospitality. I asked if they had Irish cream yet, condescending toned response “we only have regular cream.” I was talking about the flavoring. “We don’t have it.” How about this? “No I'm sorry, unfortunately we do not currently have that. But we have a few other flavors you might enjoy like [blank].” It’s not freaking rocket science to work this job and be a decent person that doesn’t act annoyed with every little question. I did it for 8 years while putting myself through college, and raising three children under 5. Somehow I had to slap a smile on my face and do my job, or I would’ve gotten fired or asked to change it. We will drive five minutes north to the other if we have to, but it’s extremely frustrating the unpleasant people you allow working here."
"I order on the app usually. They have my iced tea ready when I arrive but quite often forget my donuts. Quality of the food has went downhill. The place seems dirty too. The iced tea has been very weak with no taste. It’s pretty much brown colored water. For $3.92 after tax, that is unacceptable. On 2/25/24, I turned the tea back in and asked for a refund. They won’t refund at the store and I have to call customer service. What poor customer service! Never coming back to this location."
"I went shopping as usual and I'm not really coming back, I saw a lot of new foreign people, everything was very disorganized, dirty like never before, they have a new boss who is inept and racist, he has removed all the white people from their positions, to give them to the people who He takes him to work, the most incredible thing of all is seeing how every day there is a child running around and touching everything with his dirty hands and without supervision since his parents are busy watching everyone work and are on the phone as if they owned the place. It's very sad but from being one of the best in just a month it has gone to being one of the most disgusting since they don't even clean their areas and the bathrooms are super disgusting, I have never seen such a horrible place and it is disgusting to eat in a place where they have no hygiene. They would make a good move if they put a responsible manager, not that undesirable racist, abusive, irresponsible and with poor hygiene that they have now."
"Place was in a shambles inside. Not one clean table. Paper wrappers on floor. There were no customers inside. We walked in and no one said a word. There is a kiosk to place your order - did not have my donut choice so we had to ask them to help. Donuts were stale. All the effort went towards the drive thru. The people were working hard- it’s just that no one cares about dine-in conditions here."
