"Waited in curbside for my custard that was suppose to come out at 7 and came out 15 mins later and pure liquid"

"We have always enjoyed any Culver's we have visited, however yesterday at the Kokomo Culver's, our experience was poor. Two of us ordered the same kind of ice cream and neither of us got what we ordered and they were both different from each other! Mine was a smaller size, too. The tables were clean but edges were taped or coming loose. The cashier who took our order seemed confused but also didn't care about the service. My daughter's order was correct and the food was good which is why I gave two stars. This Culver's used to be excellent. How y'all get it together!"

"Usually they give really good service. But the last few times it hasn't been that good. Either they stuffed the bag so full that I can't sit upright without falling over or the milkshake (or custard) is liquid. If it happened just once I wouldn't be too upset, but I has been liquid the last 3 times, even if I order straight from the dining room. But I gave 3 stars because the have provided really good quality and service before, it's just every once in a while they seem to just call it a day."

"Staff was friendly. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Triple Deluxe Burger, got home to find my "burger" only had 1 patty which was burnt, 1 slice of cheese and 2 pickle slices - missing 2 patty's, tomato, onion, lettuce. Could have went to McDonalds for something better quality and $10 cheaper at that point."

"Culver's food is delicious, no doubt, especially their cheese curds. This used to be a great place to eat, but now the service is beyond horrible. After waiting a half hour to get our order, we decided to simply ask for a refund. The cashier and other employees started yelling at us and insulting us. It was so crazy that other customers stepped in to help intervene and help us get our refund. We were never once rude to the staff. I will not be going back there until those employees eventually leave and be ones are hired. Sad, because their food really is great."
