"Incompetent. Another store called to make sure the item was in stock. I drove forty minutes, they didn't have it in inventory, and when I complained the lady at the counter blamed me for not telling them to "put our hands on it" on the phone. Why in the world should I have to remind you to do your job properly, and where do you get off blaming me for your mistake? O'Reilly's is always hit and miss and the cost is higher compared to other auto parts shops, so this may be the straw that keeps me from buying any more from this company. I would have been upset at them wasting my time, but blaming me for your mistake is unacceptable."
