"Went here to buy a car battery. Asked if they could install it. I have a Nissan Rogue and the battery is very conveniently placed. The man working the counter hesitated a bit, then said “we can’t”. No reason why. No questions. So, no purchase from me! O’Reillys will never get any business from me or my family with this level of non-service. What’s going on with these guys at the stores not willing to assist when a customer comes for help."

"If I could gave them 0 out of 5 I would. I went there to pick up an alternator for my car first they charged me $124.99 for the part and 40 core so I got the part mechanic he took off the old one and was trying to put in the new one they gave me the wrong part. So my mechanic charged me twice first time 200 and second time $150 only labor because he did the job twice. I went back to them the employee was super rude and he doesn’t know what to do and they were trying to pay me back 160 and they want to take the old part too. After I ordered the right part they charged me an extra $90 and they were guilty. Shame shame shame on them I will never be back and they will lose lots of customers. What a bad management nothing better than Autozone."
