"Worst attitude ever, the lady only wants to work on her regular clients. She would in the process of doing my nails but sent me to someone else so she could service them, I thought that was very unprofessional. They don’t ever have to worry about receiving my money again. Bad attitude and bad service!"

"Came in to get a pedicure. The owner used a dirty sponge that another client was using this as a mom and Pop nail shop. When I mentioned that he was using a dirty sponge. He just looked at me and got another one the wife looked at me and stated you look so s. stressed because this man has used a dirty sponge on me and I am about tell them that I no longer need their service and having to pay for the service. please stay away from his nail salon, save your money and go somewhere else. Horrible service will never go back again. Keep your money. They don’t deserve any star"

"This is the result of a fill in. I asked prior would the different acrylics be shown once the nails were completed instead of answering questions i was met with the information that the acrylics were different colors, which I understood, and that this is the look and the final look would not look this way. I called back to request a different style and was hung up on after being told to come back. Nail repair was good. Polish was uneven."

"I have never been more disappointed in a nail shop. I may be over-exaggerating, but it is what it is. I needed a fill in (I am out of town and needed a quick fix). I was seated immediately. Upon arrival, I asked if they could do a fill on a natural acrylic, meaning the nail bed color was natural instead of clear; I was told yes. I also asked for a French tip but was told they couldn’t do that. When the tech started my nails, he said they were orange (he wasn’t the initial person I spoke with). I told him of the situation and said that I would have to get a color over my nails because he didn’t have the natural acrylic powered even though I was told they did. He said that he would stop and let me leave without finishing my nails. I was visibly upset, but I told him I wasn’t leaving with my nails halfway done just because of an error in understanding. I asked him what was the closest nail color and he told me he didn’t know and I had to pick. I asked him multiple times to help me choose which one was the closest color, and he said he didn’t want to pick a color and it was wrong and I’d be mad. At this point, we’re past being mad because I just wanted a natural look since they couldn’t do a French tip on my nails. He walked away at the end and refused to take my money, only to let the other lady do so. I am so unhappy with my nails and unfortunately, I will have to spend more money because the nails aren’t even and the polish has multiple bubbles. It’s my fault that I wanted my nails fixed out of town, so I assume this is what I deserve. Hope this helps those from not going to this place unless you want a simple style that requires basic work."
