"Result of David doing my nails. I moved here from Chicago about 5 months ago and he’s the only one that’s touched my hands. On top of he did this set that was barely even finished cause he caught an attitude because I asked him to fix the French tip nails because he messed them up. That’s not all tho FOLKS. I told him before he even put a nail on that finger it was a small little spot and I didn’t really know if he should do that and he insisted it was nothing and that it was fine. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was a little girl and this has never happen I don’t even know what to do."

"The worse nail shop I’ve been to, especially as a male! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! When you try to start a conversation, they respond with a few words and nothing extra.! I’m a truck driver who travels all over the world and this is the worst nail shop ever! Their service is horrible as well. The male guy in there CANNOT cut!! The middle age female isn’t friendly nor is her work all that good. Please don’t go here and expect to be satisfied! I’m not sure how the older lady work looks but if it’s anything like the other 2, stay away! None of them are friendly, no warm welcome when entering the building. Just staring! They don’t ask what services do you need, you have to ask/tell I would like a pedicure! The only reason I gave one start was to leave a written review…..should have been zero star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I go here but I ask for Mrs Anna and also gel polish is 15 dollars a nail So since I know it’s out of my budget I stick with regular polish and each time u upgrade it’s a fee Nun is free I’m very satisfied"

"I chose this nail salon because it was close to the hotel im residing in. I wish I didn't! First, off Lisa the nail tech has no personality and her customer service skills is horrible. She cut the length of my nails based on me inquiring how much is a full set. She assumed that I wanted the basic full set price. Ive never experienced a nail tech cutting your nails before asking what length you desire. Then the tech will inform you of extra charge based upon the length of the nail. She (Lisa ) rushed my nails and never took the time nor pride in her work. She polished my nails so fast! It looked like a job of a 10yr old. I did not like the work so I asked her nicely to removed the polish and just apply on a clear/ natural coat. At least with a natural coat you couldn't see the horrible paint job. She was irritated that I wanted a change of polish. She started speaking in another language beside English so I assumed she was venting to her coworkers. To make a long story short... my experience at Al Nails was horrible! I'm from Florida an I will never revisit this place again when I do return to Alabama. The vibe was off and the customer service was horrible. I left the nails salon wasting my money because I didn't get what I required. If there was a no star button they wouldn't have gotten a 1 star from me."

"I appeared at this nail shop to get four fill ins they. First the woman said I’ll have to pay $35 for just those four fill ins & the shape of my nails with the gel polish. I’ve never heard of having to accept gel polish only with powder that’s the only method of getting gel polish. I’m a frequent customer of Sara Nails in Homewood & I definitely don’t have to pay $50 for four fills in with coffin shape & gel polish. They don’t have their prices organized nor do they have them displayed. I will never refer a person to this salon !"
