"If I were to be honest, I do enjoy the quality of their competitor more. But at the same time, the staff at this particular location is VERY polite and VERY helpful. They make great recommendations and make the experience fun and engaging! Their cookies are also really good. I'll also say that their free guac and free queso is extremely nice. But as a vegetarian, I get the free guac at their competitor's any way. If Qdoba can manage to have the same fresh, high quality tasting ingredients as their competitor, I would never go any where else. For example my most recent visit, my "guacamole" was just a literal avocado slice that was well past it's prime. If they can shore up things like that, it would be a no brainer!"
"I spoken with someone regarding the mixup with my food. She said she would take my name and would let them know to remake my order the next day. When I went back there the next day, there was a worker by the name of John. He was extremely rude to me and going back and forth with me about remaking my food. It was such a hassle trying to get my order remade because John was trying to be a such a bully. I really feel that he was racist and it made me very uncomfortable to the point that I just wanted to say forget it. When he made my food he was fussing and as he was talking over my food his mouth was slobbering. When I got home I threw my food in the TRASH!!! I really think he need to wear a face mask when preparing customers food and stop being rude and challenging people when the customer had already got it approved by the manager to have my food remade. I will NEVER go to this Qudoba again and John do not need to work in the front with customers he need to work in the back cleaning up or taking out the TRASH to fit his personality. If I could give his service a zero I would because John was pathetic!!!!"
"I usually love this place! I not only order online but drive 15 minutes there and back just because i love the burrito bowl i get so much. Last night i when i tried to order online via the website, it kept glitching and deleting everything in my cart. I downloaded the app and made an account and the same thing happened. Eventually I was able to order my food after almost a full hour of trying. I know the app glitching is none of the workers fault, so i tried not to be upset. But when i got home and saw my food i was heartbroken. The bowl had about 1/2 the amount of food in it that it normally does and there was NO chicken. It was pathetic. I had been looking forward to that burrito bowl for over an hour and it was so incredibly disappointing. Maybe i’ll start going to Moes instead if that’s the kind of service i’ll get here. It’s closer anyway."
"As others have stated, it is a bad idea to order online at this location. They often won’t even start on your order until you arrive, and they’ll immediately switch to serving people in line even if they arrive after you—meaning you’ll actually get your food quite a bit later than if you just showed up. Which sucks because I’d like to make use of the deals on the app but it’s just not worth the extra delay. I guess it’s smart for them since they know you’ve paid already and can’t leave even after a 20-30 minute delay."
"The food line was absolutely filthy. Dragging my plate of nachos down through the food. The meats were completely dried out. Chicken was so burned it was inedible and I love char flavor. 16 of the 18 tables were dirty. 2 employees, only one working the entire line including the register and never changed gloves even though he had 15-20 customers. One of the employee's shirts was so filthy it turned my stomach. I had already ordered or I would have left. I will never return. This location needs to shut down."
