"Had to wait a few minutes for an employee to take my order at the to go coffee counter as most people were sitting at the bar side. A small Americano was over five dollars and very poor quality. It was not strong at all and while I asked for steamed milk with it, it was not provided as I ordered. Would have been better off with the Starbucks."

"We stopped in for a snack before boarding our flight. We each got the 5 Spice Latte... this was delicious! It had wonderful flavor and just enough heat (cayenne I believe) to make you feel warm. We also shared some loaded fries... which are probably some of the best loaded fries ever! The fries themselves were crispy on the outside and fresh. The bacon was crispy but not burned...and it wasn't rubbery! The nacho cheese had a really good flavor... not bland like others. The servers were kind and attentive and the restaurant area was clean and inviting."

"I ordered chicken tenders which comes with fresh fries. But I didn't want fries... wanted substitute it with a little bit salad. They charged me extra.. very rude. Waited at the for good 10 minutes.. girls were chit chatting and didn't care about customers waiting to order. I had to reach out to place an order. First and last time. Never again. Oh almost forgot.. lettuce was expired!"

"We were here with 10 of our kids from our schools. When we got in line they made a big deal about how many people were in line and how much work it was going to be. This was voiced loud enough for most of the terminal hear. Our kids were tired, hungry, and there weren't very many places to eat. But we left anyway and took our $250 ticket to a different restaurant, Bubs Burgers, where they welcomed us with a smile."
