"Got pre approved online when I went in to store she told me that it didn’t mean anything and I that I would need to redo everything on paper and give them my lease and paystubs. Also she said they don’t do same day delivery even though it’s posted on the window outside the store. What’s the point of getting pre approved online if they want you to go in and redo everything. Customer service was horrible"

"I have bought a washer/dryer set from here & im currently paying on a tv. I always pay either the day the payment is due or the next day, it depends on if I’m busy or not. The day of the due date I’ll get 2-5 calls harassing me for payment. That they get every other week. I paid probably over 2K for a washer & dryer I’m clearly not going to just stop making my payments. The worst of all I had just had my daughter in October, literally on the due date I was in surgery and has 3 missed calls from them. When I spoke to someone there I told them to stop calling me back to back on the day it’s due. It’s going to be paid, stop harassing me & they continue to do it every other week.I’m about to tell them to come get their tv and go buy one somewhere else I’m sick of the harassment. They told me it’s company policy to call if the payment is FIVE DAYS LATE, but I get a call the day of every week it’s annoying."

"Well l was very surprised at you your variety of stuff and how how clean it was it was your store was and the stuff very well informed about all of you stuff and very polite and nice and didn't hesitate to offer assistance on anything I was very impressed with my whole experience thank you"

"I am noticing the reviews on here are rather negative but are also mostly a year or more older. I have had a great experience with this Rent-A-Center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to get us the bed we wanted and even made sure we got it quickly. They have been extremely kind and understanding when I have not made it in time for my payment due to schedule or my own forgetfulness."
