"I am a vegetarian, but I was buying lunch for my company training class. Talking to someone over the phone about ordering a bunch of food has never been so smooth!! I wish I got the names of the employees I interacted with so I can mention them on here. She was sweet, got everything we needed, and even made a good recommendation of adding their macaroni and cheese party size. It was a huge hit!! Upon arriving to pick up the food, I was greeted by an extremely helpful gentlemen that threw in a couple extra goodies at no extra cost. When I mentioned I was vegetarian and I was buying this for a group, he even offered to slap together one of their veggie options I didn't even know about!! I politely declined, but I will be back to try that veggie option VERY soon specifically because of him!!! My employees loved the food and I really appreciated the interactions and support I got from the Chick-fil-A team!! Next time I have a business lunch, Chick-fil-A will be the first place I'll recommend!"

"I pulled into the parking lot at 9:58, approached the lobby doors and was told the lobby was closed, the young man in the drive through took my order (I drive a high roof service van and can't fit in the drive through) and brought my food out to the van in the parking lot. If they wouldn't have done this my crew would not have gotten lunch for the night as all the other restaurants in the area were closing or didn't have their lobby open. Excellent service and i thank the team here very much for making my order even though they were pretty much closed when I arrived."
