"One star because no more options. Had to wait for more than 30 mns in line, only 1 casgier, had to stay because I needed the things I was buying otherwise I would of left after 10 mns of waiting. Manager just laughed when was asked for more cashiers. Worst Burlington ever. After more than 35 mns in line the only cashier left for lunch and nobody at the registers."

"The Cashier Manager is extremely lazy. Instead of helping a single cashier with 10+ people in line she's sorting hangers. I was in line for over 30 minutes and she refused to help her cashier. Not impressed by the refusal of management to be a team player at all."

"Don't wast your time coming to this location. The store opens at 7am, it's 8:11am and the doors are locked. I called after 8 rings someone answered. I inquired about the hours and asked when the doors will open. I was advised they are waiting for employee's to come to work. I was also advised that "we are just not opened" I don't shop here bcuz it's always messy and not clean. I had my Amazon delivered here. This is the last time I give this store any type of businesses. Whoever owns this store obviously doesn't care about customer service or the stores appearance and should be embarrassed."

"Zero stars if I could the manager at this location, her name is Anastasia is a very very rude to her staff and customers I don’t even know how this place is even open the only reason why I came in here the shop was because they have really good customer service as far as their cashiers Latasha. Thomas was very nice to me while she waited on my things after I waited in line for an hour, I would suggest corporate come to this location immediately before it’s no longer in business"

"Just remembered why I literally try to avoid this place. Everything is everywhere I’ve been waiting in line a good 15mins because it’s two cashiers. Where is everyone? Why is the store a mess? This place is giving me really bad anxiety right now. These poor ladies look miserable."
