"This is the 2nd time ordering from here. The first time we ordered a sausage pizza, but got one with meatballs on it, very little cheese, very little sauce. So we gave them a 2nd try. Pepperoni pizza. Flat nasty. Way too much sauce, undercooked, and the cheese tastes funky. Def will not order from there again. The delivery guy was really nice tho. Not his fault. Pizza -5 out of 10."

"My daughter wanted this for her birthday party today I spent over $50 in pizza. They got my whole order incorrect. The pizza was not cooked fully. I called to correct this was on hold over 29 mins trying to get something corrected. The guy stated he would refund me but had no confirmation number to give me so I do not know if getting refund. Given the situation getting pizza in return was not an option for people were already at the party. This was the best looking pizza but still not cooked fully."

"Very disappointed. My order arrived burnt, I called the store and the person I spoke to advised that, she didn't know how that could have happened, and advised that it wasn't burnt when it left the store. She gave me a store credit. I ordered the same items three days later. I received my order about an hour later, and it too was burnt, and the inside was cold. I sent pictures to their regional office. I received an apology from regional and a code for another meal, I think I'll just pass. Official review. Negative. 1. Very pricy for what you get. 2. If using delivery, it takes a very long time to receive your order. 3. When you call in, your placed on hold for a very long time. It's a 50/50 chance speaking to a human. 4. The 2 staff members I spoke to were rude, expressing their frustration with having a lack of staff, and insinuating that I put their burnt product back in the oven. 5. Food arrived both times over cooked. Positive. 1. Corporate responds quickly to complaints. They ask a lot of questions and pictures so that they can investigate. I seems like they want to make errors right."
