I can guarantee that I will post your poorly apology on all my social media and other internet PLATFORMS. trust me I have already contacted the BBB on your stores specific location"

"This is a long review, but please read it to the end. It builds up to just how much Lowes truly disregards their customers. I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes in Avon Indiana and the installation delivery was scheduled for 9/4/23 between 10:30am-2:30pm. I take the day off work and I wait and wait, and wait. At 8:45pm Lowes finally calls to report they won't be delivering due to a damaged refrigerator. The refrigerator is now out of stock, so I wait until 9/20/2023 for the next delivery. The delivery is scheduled between 7:30am-11:30am, so I take another day off work. At 8:15am I get a call from the delivery driver, who can barely speak English, that he is 20 minutes away. I get another call from the driver at 8:45am saying he's at the door waiting for me to answer. I go to the door, then I step outside to the driveway and see no one, so I tell the driver he is at the wrong house. I start to give him directions, he interrupts me and tells me to wait a minute, then he hangs up and I never hear from him again. I start to call Lowes at 1pm to find out whats going on. It takes almost 2 hours to finally get to to the right dept to get the right person to get an answer of what is happening with my delivery. It turns out the driver made a note, in Spanish that no one could read, that he attempted to deliver, but the homeowner wasn't home. Well that wasn't true, I was home all day. Lowes schedules a third delivery for 9/24/23 between 8am-12pm. Finally its actually delivered at around 9:30am, however all the refrigerator installation services that are promised to their customers never happened. They rolled the frig in, plugged it in, instructed me to wait two hours, took a picture of the refrigerator, then unplugged it and left. They did not attach the handles, they did not attach the water hose, they did not take the plastic off, they did not level it, they did not give directions/demonstration about how to use it, and they never did explain what "wait two hours" even meant. Due to the language barrier, it was very difficult to communicate to the delivery men. Lucky for me I know how to do all the installation services myself, so I take care if it on my own. I did call customer service to report the failed delivery services, Lowes apologized, stating they would note this and deal with it internally. I am just so glad this ordeal is over, but I do promise myself that I will never order another appliance from them again and I pray I will never need a repair on this refrigerator. Customer service then surprises me stating they will issue a 10% refund. That sounded great until today 9/27/23 when I receive my 10% "appeasement" refund in the form of a Lowes gift card. That gift card is NOT a refund in any way, shape, or form. It's the sour cherry to this entire purchase. This gift card just goes to show me exactly how Lowes views their customers as a bunch of idiots. I will NEVER purchase from.Lowes again. I will go to Home Depot before I ever step foot into another Lowes."

Please exercise caution should Lowe’s utilize ConServ affiliates or Estes shipping in your project. My story begins with an online purchase through Lowe’s Avon in Indiana for a refrigerator. The driver did not make customer contact, leaving my refrigerator in the damaging rain for potential Pirate’s to see. The adult standing by at home eventually noticed our appliance; she attempted covering the unit without means to move it until I returned from work. I found my fairly new garage apron scuffed, with a busted shipping pallet scattered about upon reaching the refrigerator. Once I moved the unit inside, wetness exterior to interior was discovered - in addition to extensive damage. The beat up box set a tone for what I was going to find. Inside, this refrigerator had multiple good size base dents, a crumpled corner, blistering, various scratches, and abrasions. Garage lighting and my phone camera against bright red couldn’t accurately capture everything; however, what photos shown gets the point across. Damage extent suggests not only neglect by Estes shipping, but poor care in packing by ConServ; some abrasions and dings were beyond what Estes mismanaged. Lowe’s really needs to scrutinize quality controls; service to this low degree can’t happen. I wish my story ended with reassurance by Lowe’s. The return and refund ordeal brings me to another complaint: While the call center agent was empathetic, no manager intervention for expediting a return was provided following my request. Non of the agents assurances such as Estes calling me back within 24-hours for pick up scheduling materialized. After loading the refrigerator on a trailer so the return could proceed before my first finance payment date, Lowe’s nearly didn’t accept it. I waited half an hour for a manager who was required to sign off on an appliance return; that boiled down to whether I had numbers reading something like 329 or 799 on my invoice. If I had 329, only the shipping company could return it and I’d have to take the refrigerator back home and wait until whenever. Luckily, I had 799… how maddening. I believe ordering online through my local store instead of Lowe’s proper is what saved me. The store manager glossed a quick apology while walking away, having no interest in what happened. He had no desire in mentioning the scale of failures to anybody up his chain of command. I recognize most people reading this won’t stop shopping at Lowe’s; I won’t stop shopping at Lowe’s; I’m there all the time. What I hope comes from this review is customers remember they have options. Brand allegiance for every aspect of home improvement is not necessary. Some box stores do things better than others. I find the hard way Lowe’s has ambiguous corporate processes for appliance mishaps. In such cases, customer service on the front lines is bound. The return mechanisms aren’t suited to smoothing important details going on at home. When it comes to larger ticket purchases, competitors are definitely worth taking extra time to comparison shop."

The Lowe’s employees are very focused of customer service and helping me find the tools or parts I need for all my home improvement projects.
