"Running season is coming up so I started looking for a good shoe. I quickly became very frustrated and overwhelmed when trying to find the best shoe for me because there were so many options and I didn’t know which one would work the best for me. We were searching on google maps trying to find a running store and came across Runners Forum. When entering, we were greeted and pared with Angela. She was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She asked many questions on what I like in a running shoe, analyzed how I run/walk, and measured how evenly pressure was distributed on my foot using thermal imaging. The thermal imaging showed that the arch in my foot is low so she had me try a good insert that would be beneficial. She brought out multiple pairs of different shoes and had me put each of them on. This allowed me to narrow down and find the shoe that feels the best for me. They didn’t have the size I needed so they brought one in from another store. They came very quickly so we ended up going back a few days later. Another employee, Jill, helped us make sure the size fit well, informed us on a moisture wicking sock, and got us signed up. Overall the experience was amazing and so was the staff!"
