"Got to the restaurant 30 minutes before their hours said they closed, waited forever at the drive through waiting for someone to take my order. I finally drove around the building there was a girl texting on her phone. Don’t advertise that you’re open until 11am if you’re not going to take orders. Change your hours."

"Go here a lot, about weekly. Sometimes the service is great and others not so much. This week I got the Lulu Club in a flour wrap. It was literally not even a wrap. Usually the wraps are double wrapped with the inside wrapper cut in half with the flour tortilla. I opened my wrap to find no inner wrapper and the flour wrap flopped open, uncut, to less than half the ingredients normally inside. Remember I go about weekly. Whoever made my wrap Monday October 30, 2023 needs to be taught how to make a wrap or let go. Update: It’s a new year. Decided to try again. I’ve missed James Jonathan’s. Got my usual and it was perfect. I’ve adjusted my rating and added them back to the rotation. Thanks."

"I wish that you could edit your order on the app. I was hoping to not have my wrap cut, because I was driving an hour home. Also, I ordered no tomato and there was tomato in my BBQ ranch chicken wrap"

"Order online got food my wrap had no chicken in it the mean part call was put on hold for a while got back the attitudes was noticeable she handed it to me without a bag then had the nerve to say you did get everything else with attitude I will never go back"

"I tried to order food the worker came all I had was a 50 so she told me she would have to go back to the store and get change in which I said that was fine because I am working and could not leave my clients home alone to pick up food then less than 10 minutes later I got a call telling me that they will not be back and that they could not take my $50 because the worker was not aware that they could not take a $50 bill for my food, they were very rude about it unapologetic never tried to fix the issue at all I was talking to one person to start a conversation and the more questions I asked they just put someone else on the phone which sounded like all kids never said hold on he was a manager or anything and when I asked for a corporate number, they said that they were unaware of any corporate phone numbers that Jimmy John’s has. I would never purchase another thing from this store. They are very unprofessional and liars and maybe even racist!!!"
