"This is the second time that we (my wife and I) have been to Freddy's. Our two daughters had never been, so we treated them to a Labor Day lunch. Marissa took our order and answered all the questions that our daughters had about the food choices. Then she brought out the milkshakes that had been ordered. When there was a slip up on our part of not hearing our number getting called, the excellent customer service there sent out a new hot batch of french fries.
