"i was sitting across the store minding my business when i hear laughter and “look at her socks” , the mall was empty at the time so it was very loud and i turn around and see the only person they can be talking about is me. I have spider-man socks on with crocs. we moved places because i felt uncomfortable ,then we see a guy confronting them about their food or something , we decided to leave but overall felt extremely judged by the staff , would never come again."

"- Small serving sizes compared to any other Panda Express. Ordering a bigger plate to-go should not mean that you get smaller scoops of chicken with your meal… - Fix the app, if it’s going to take 45 mins to complete the order, the app shouldn’t say it will only take 15-20 mins. I shouldn’t have to stand there for 15 mins, watching people ordering in-store receive their food faster than I did by mobile ordering. I was not the only person who had this issue."

"We ordered from here 4 times now. 2 of those times we used the, buy one bowl get one free, coupon. The rice is tasteless. (10-23-23 it’s still tasteless) Carrots in rice were crunchy. Lo Mein is also tasteless. Both rice and Lo Mein are heavy on the veggies The main entree is flavorful, hot, and fresh Quantity: 4 pieces of orange chicken in each bowl. Ragoon: Hot, fresh, and crispy! We have only used the drive through. Customer service: The cashier barely spoke to us. Order taker was took our order, no extra questions or offerings. I recommend the mall location until the 26 location is a bit more seasoned."

"At the food court at the mall. Ordered honey walnut shrimp and they were making it fresh as I waited. The crew was very nice and apologized for the wait but I didn't mind as they were so nice about it. Very clean space to dine in."
