"Clean fast & accurate. Can't ask for much more from a fast food restaurant near an industrial park for a quick dine in lunch. Was a good lunch stop."
"I can not believe the poor quality of service and food at this Wendy's. We stopped by this past weekend and was trying to get a deal on an app for a .01 cent cheeseburger when you buy one at full price. When I mentioned it to the drive thru clerk she said it was only when you order on the app. Okay then. I then also had the keychain promo for a free frosty jr and when I mentioned it to her, she disregarded LISTENING to what I was trying to order and when I got to the window I showed her the keychain promo and then pointed out that I ordered the wrong size. Okay then-maybe that was my error, but if she has listened she could have figured that out. After we got our food and were on the road, my wife mentioned that the fries were terrible, and she was right. Also the Jr Bacon cheeseburger we got was terrible-the bun was dry tasting and cold. Just awful!! I also had my wife check the app and the code for the .01 cent jr bacon was valid in the restaurant when you supply them the code. Based on the awful taste of the first one, maybe that was a blessing in disguise to save me from another terrible burger! Do yourself a favor and go to the Whitestown Wendy instead! I forgot to add, even the soft drink tasted bad too!"
"We pulled in and no cars in the parking lot with one car in the drive thru. Ordered a #1 single, fries, root beer, chicken nuggets and a frosty. After lady gave us the bag we looked in it to find no fries in the bag. She opened the window again and I asked about fries. She checked the ticket and brought me the fries. After getting back on Interstate 65 I realized I never received my Root Beer either. There also was no receipt in the bag but I did \pay almost $20.00 for my lunch. No receipt given to us to find the store number."
"This place sucks. Hard to right a review on it when you can't get any food from the place. Never open. People that work there are lazy. Won't take cash. Food is never all that great when you do get it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!"
"I never thought I'd write a review like this on a drive-through, but it amazes me how bad the service is and how bad the food is. From ordering our food to receiving it, they did everything in their power to ruin it. It starts when I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich with ranch. And the man repeats back "ok so no tomato" and I said "i want tomato, just not the meal." To which he promptly responds with "oh so now you want tomato. " Next, when we get to the payment window my wife asks if it's possible we could add a strawberry lemonade. Some how this is the world's biggest ask because they roll their eyes and snatch the card out my wife's hand. Lastly, when we get out food, we only receive half the order and so we wait at the window for the rest. (A baconator burger) lady opens the window confused and annoyed and asks "yes can we help you?" When we tell her we're waiting for the burger she closes it and tells her coworkers about it. The window is closed but we're still able to see and hear the attitude in the kitchen. At this point my wife and I are confused. We've worked in the food industry so we understand the stress. But not once were we difficult. Even when we get burger the disrespect continues. Not to mention this is how we got our strawberry lemonade. Look I'm not picky, it's fast food but seriously? I strongly urge people to avoid this spot if possible as this is not the first time we've been treated this way."
