"I hadn't been here for awhile so I was shocked at the change: No waitress/waiter. You order at the kiosk, get your own drink that you have to scan QR code (every time you fill your cup) and it's on a timer so make sure you know what you want to drink prior to scanning code or you'll have to scan it again. Then when your food is ready they call your name over a microphone to come get the tray of food. Which is not really a problem, It just wasn't the same as it used to be when you had someone come to your table and take care of the customers with friendly smiles and polite conversations. Now it's just another fast food place instead of a restaurant. The food was still good, and the 2 staff members we had contact with were very friendly So I will continue to go here to eat."

"The buns were stale. We had to get our own orders. No wait staff. Very sterile. Not fun. I will not be bck. Plus I cldnt order chili chz fries! The chicken came in a cup. Totally not worth the $27 I spent for I meal and one sandwich."

"Food was gross made us sick. We ate there two days ago and we are still sick. my dubble steakburger was under cooked. Ordered two cheese fries they gave us one cup of cheese and not even half a cup of cheese. Never again will I go to steak and shake"

"This steak and shake has an automated kiosk. This allowed me to take extra time to go over the menu. I ordered the triple meat triple cheese steak burger with cheese fries and a large oreo pumpkin spice milk shake. I paid by credit card, picked my seat and in no time my burger and fries came out hot and ready. My shake came out while I was still acquiring seasoning salt, pepper, flatware and napkins. Everyone was nice and the food had great flavor!"

"It’s my birthday month so I get to pick places to eat! Restaurant and bathrooms were super clean! Food was hot and delicious! Loved the garlic sauce on my burger! My boyfriend got the double cheeseburger and said it was very good! Fries were hot and crispy! We ordered shakes for Happy Hour 1/2 off! He got the Reese’s Peanut Butter shake and I got the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup shake. Yes they are different and both are delicious! Staff was very friendly!"
