"We went thru the drive thru. Waited for 10 minutes for 2 frisco burgers They were barely warm when we got them. Tasted bland. Hamburger was dry."

"I patron this business quite a bit and the food is always good. With that being said, the new manager on mornings is very unprofessional. He's rude and inattentive. He stands and watches them cook the food and doesn't turn around to see customers at the counter, for at least 5 minutes. Then, when the customer speaks up he acts like the customer is in the wrong for doing so. It takes immensely longer to get your food when he's there in comparison to when he's not. May want to think again about having that guy run that location. He's going to run your business out the door."

"Got in the drive thru at 10 to order breakfast, there were 3 cars in front of us. It was 10:30 by the time we finally got to the speaker to order after sitting with the car in front of us waiting to order for 10 minutes. We sat for 5 minutes without anyone even speaking to us, no asking us to wait a minute or anything so we finally just left. Ridiculous to sit in a drive thru for 30 minutes and then be ignored when you pull up to the speaker box. Even though we showed up with plenty of time left to order breakfast it was too late for that anyway."

"Been going here for the last couple of years to pick up breakfast for my father every Sunday morning. Never had problems with my orders till the last few times. My syrup was left out twice, missing eggs with the breakfast platter, hashrounds with the breakfast platter. I check to see what's in the bag, but don't open the containers. I suppose I will have to start."

"A good greasy Hardee's. Wasn't horribly dirty. Food was decent. Forgot how expensive they are but, their sizes and burgers are huge. 1 of our fries were straight when we asked for both curly, not a huge deal."
