"Listen, I love En Lai but their vegetable soup is terrible. It’s barely cooked vegetables with vegetable broth poured over it. It’s like they took their lightly blanched veggies from their saute prep, and mixed up some dry veggie stock with water and just put them together. And it’s huge pieces of vegetables too, it’s like you have to eat it with a fork. It tastes like broccoli water, and it’s an insult to soup. The rest of the food at En Lai is delicious, but don’t get the vegetable soup."

The Food Taste Minimal, But What Made The Overall Experience The Worst Is When I Called To Have My Order Correct After They Got My Order Wrong AFTER She Looked Me Dead In The Face And Verified My Order Was Correct . "The food is absolutely delicious. Out of this world good. The vegetable egg roll, that we were recommended by the person working the counter, was stuffed thick,fried beautifully, and made "in house"( which is just a fancy way of saying it was made there)! We ordered the roast pork fried rice and a special for the day which was garlic chicken pork with vegetables. Everything was cooked gorgeously, and the dining in portions are more than generous! Their Buffet doesn't appear to be in use any longer."

"Paid to substitute shrimp fried rice for white rice. Shrimp fried rice not in the bag only white rice. Charged for extra Chinese mustard that I did not ask for and was not told about but read on receipt after I became Sick while eating the shrimp egg foo young. I was charged for food I did not receive and for items I did not ask for. The food was bad. I felt if I returned it they would have lied twisted the truth and I would have been judged wrongly so I thought it best to just throw the food away and never patronize this place ever again. I believe Racism played a part in what happened. I am African a senior citizen and went into this place by myself."

"If you’re looking for cheap Chinese food, this is the place. We ordered 2 combination plates, and the wait involved other people, who ordered after, getting their food back before us. Maybe ordering online is quicker. The rice in the combination platters is dry and the Szechuan chicken is primarily filled with vegetables. Basic service, basic prices, basic food."
